Hey, I’m Mysie (like “Missy.” And yes, everyone double-checks at first).

I don’t believe you need more discipline, more motivation, or a stricter routine.
I think you’re overloaded.
Most of the people I work with aren’t lazy or inconsistent. They are stuck in patterns their nervous system learned to survive, and no one ever showed them how to get out of those loops.
That’s where I come in.
Through A Well Oiled Mind, I help you build regulated, real-life defaults so you can take care of yourself in a way that actually sticks, even on low-energy days.
No all-or-nothing plans.
No starting over.
No shame spirals.
Just simple, supportive shifts that create more capacity over time.
Because when your system feels safe, everything changes. Your energy, your consistency, your ability to follow through, and honestly… how good life gets to feel.
My own path into this work didn’t start with optimization. It started with burnout, stress, and a body that was constantly overwhelmed.
After years of figuring out what actually works, and what just adds more pressure, I realized something:
True wellness isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing things your body can actually hold.
Outside of this work, you’ll usually find me outside. Hiking, near water, or chasing my goal of visiting every national park, and probably a few random state parks along the way.
I love cooking, baking, board games, and cozy creative projects. I am also still not fully convinced plants are meant to survive in my care.
